The Legal, Risk and Compliance team is comprised of a diverse group of talented and highly experienced legal professionals. From lawyers to paralegals to legal support staff, you’ll work together to meet a wide range of the company's legal needs, as well as ensure that consumers are treated fairly and have a positive experience when interacting with our company.

Legal, Risk and Compliance is composed of two distinct teams who collaborate to resolve pending issues and ensure that our business complies with all requirements in pursuit of its business initiatives.

Our Legal teams focus on:

  • Protecting the company against individual and class-action matters under an ever-changing regulatory environment.
  • Advising on complex transactions relating to our business, both domestic and international.
  • Managing a range of issues and keeps us compliant with the various regulations related to our business as well as staying in line with our core values.
  • Overseeing the company's external vendors and our internal legal department.
  • Governing the management of contested litigation nationwide.
  • Advising us on existing and new business initiatives to ensure we’re compliant with regulatory, federal, state, and local requirements.
