 Business Development

This is a team of self-starters — a group of motivated individuals who examine US debt purchasing trends, source new portfolio opportunities, manage issuer audits, conduct data checks, and execute the portfolio fund and load process. You’ll have the ability to build collaborative relationships across the business and with external auditors, helping to transform the organization through data and innovation.

Process Excellence

The Process Excellence team analyzes and identifies trends, acting as subject matter experts for business processes and departmental initiatives within the company. Here, you’ll work to maximize proficiency and efficiency in fixing broken accounts, building workflows and documents, and assisting in maintaining relationships with internal and external partners.

Facilities 

The Facilities team is a strategic partner to operations, helping business units understand how they can more effectively and efficiently use their physical space. As part of the team, you’ll integrate data to help guide and measure the success of physical space adjustments. Your work will take on even greater importance, as we consider changes that increase office safety, the flow of employee interactions and positively impact the employee experience.

Digital Marketing

The Digital Marketing team has experienced incredible growth since its inception in 2017, expanding in size and scope to create multimillion-dollar projects in direct and digital marketing to consumers, as well as selling new and innovative programs. As a part of this team, your work will help drive more than $100 million in revenue annually, as we help consumers achieve a better financial future. 

Here, you’ll be able to take a deep dive into each project and gain visibility, presenting your work to senior leadership. With this kind of exposure, along with opportunities to build new skills and knowledge through our online classes, you’ll have the freedom to forge your own path and advance in our organization. This is a department that’s filled with potential. As we continue to increase our digital consumer communications, you’ll have the ability to shape the strategy and trajectory of digital marketing at our company, as well as your own future.

Corporate Communications

The Corporate Communications team is responsible for communicating to both internal and external audiences. As part of this team, you’ll support internal communications by partnering with various business groups to deliver messages that bolster employee engagement, cultural alignment and employee advocacy. Externally, you’ll manage communications with an eye toward building and protecting our brand, reputation and influence across a variety of stakeholders including employees, state and federal government, media and the general public.

Corporate Social Responsibility

The company recognizes that we have a duty and a privilege as a good corporate citizen to give back to the communities where we live and work. Internally, our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) team is focused on fostering a culture of respect and inclusion that celebrates our diversity. We also engage with our communities through service and support, including philanthropic giving, matching gift programs, financial literacy education programs and empowering employees to volunteer their time.
