A day in the life
What’s it like at MCM? We’re invested in you from day one. You’ll start with multiple weeks of paid interactive training – everything from practicing communication techniques to learning the rules and regulations that govern our business. Once you successfully complete the training, you'll be placed on a supportive team and be ready to hit the ground running. Your daily routine will include touching base with your manager and setting the goals that will define your success. From there, you'll start connecting with consumers using our core values of respect and fairness, following all federal and legal compliance guidelines. Through your work, you’ll give consumers the opportunities they need to repay their debts and create their own path toward financial recovery.
