We believe in nurturing a culture that rewards and recognizes exceptional performance. We also believe that a diverse and inclusive culture is the only way to maximize our innovation and creativity. We continuously work to create an environment where everyone is accepted and heard—whether it’s through unconscious bias and diversity training, or global cultural appreciation initiatives.

We also pride ourselves on giving everyone the tools and opportunities they need to thrive: from employee training, development programs, and recognition, to competitive pay and a wide range of benefit programs for you and your loved ones. We also love promoting from within and we want our employees to be the first to know about open positions, which is why every position is posted internally and we send routine updates on new openings across the organization.

We embrace diversity in our daily work life and celebrate it throughout the year; including celebrations for PRIDE Month and International Women’s Day.

This includes being given awareness training in unconscious bias, leveraging diversity, and creating an inclusive environment. We continue to celebrate our diversity as a company through our cultural appreciation events and we even have a speaker series to create a space for the sharing of diverse experiences and perspectives and to create awareness, skills, and dialogue for meaningful change.

Does the company have any Employee Resource Groups?

We encourage our employees to participate and lead efforts through our company’s Happy and Healthy Committee, our Corporate Social Responsibility Committee, and through our various DE&I-sponsored groups, such as Women@Encore, the Black Employee Network, and our PRIDE Network.
