Does the company offer remote work?

The health and safety of our employees is our #1 concern, which is why many of our employees are working remotely during COVID-19. We have a few critical roles which have been and will continue to be in the office, and we’re making sure that experience is safe. Our company is continuing to review local, state and federal guidelines during the pandemic to help  guide our company decisions. Our goal is to eventually return the majority of our workforce to our offices when it’s safe to do so. A small number of roles are remote full time and long term; however, in those cases you’ll see it highlighted within the job description itself.

How long is the hiring process at the company?

Each hiring process is unique, but we do everything we can to set realistic expectations from the start. No matter the role, your journey will always begin with a Recruiter Phone Screen where you can learn more about the opportunity, share your experience and decide if this is the right opportunity for you. From there, most roles will have an additional 1-2 rounds of interviews before a decision is made.

How does the company encourage Diversity & Inclusion?

Our Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) team has also been working on our D&I strategy, and our company leadership and employees have been fully engaged in the process. What is the sick leave policy?

Your health is a top priority. That’s why we encourage you to take the time you need to care for yourself or others. It also helps us keep the workplace and your coworkers safe – and that makes everyone feel better. Paid sick leave differs based on location and will be discussed during your benefits orientation. We also have Benefit Specialists and Human Resources Partners always available to answer questions once you join the organization. During COVID-19, we are also allowing employees to take additional time and are addressing specific challenges on a case-by-case basis.

What is the PTO policy?

Our people work hard for their success, which is why we provide generous time off, including holidays, floating holidays, and paid personal time, so you can enjoy life outside of the office. Full-time and part-time employees are eligible, and country-specific benefits can be viewed here.
