Department Responsibilities

  • Automates the creation and processing of suits to support the call center.
  • Validates affidavits.
  • Electronically files claims in bankruptcy courts across the nation, as well as assists consumers during and after bankruptcy proceedings.
  • Files liens, keeps judgments active and cleans up accounts.
  • Ensures accounts flow efficiently throughout the suit process all the way to judgment.
  • Works with attorneys to file garnishments.
  • Handles firm inquiries while upholding the policies and procedures of the MCM Firm Manual.
  • Works cases with law firms, supports our SMEs to remediate issues and ensures defined processes are upheld.
