Happy, healthy, and connected

Our Happy and Healthy Committee (H2C), is our employee lead resource group focused on creating healthy and engaging employee events. With passionate volunteers across our locations, the H2C Committees organize several activities and events throughout the year, including step challenges, employee appreciation week, holiday parties, potlucks and much more. Across the globe, our company celebrates a variety of cultural events including Holi, Guanacaste Day, Black History Month, Diwali and Juneteenth, with new events being added annually.

Giving Back

Through our giving programs, we’ve awarded $248,000 in scholarships and committed $1,400,000+ in charitable giving, as well as provided free financial literacy classes, job training and basic support services like affordable housing and access to food. Of course, none of this is possible without the support of our employees. In addition to our annual Global Volunteer Day, we encourage our employees to make a difference in the causes they feel passionate about. Globally, our employees have generously volunteered 45,000+ hours.

  • Eight Hours VTO Time

    MCM offers eight hours of volunteer time off annually for employees to volunteer at a charity of his/her choice.

  • Volunteer Your Time

    Volunteer your time and the company will donate on your behalf.

  • Matching Donations

    MCM will match your charitable donations to a nonprofit of your choice, up to $2,500.

MCM India donated USD $65,000 to the Haryana Corona Relief Fund, helping build a safer and healthier community.
