As a working mom, the opportunity to volunteer at school activities and sports events is important, and having the eight hours of VTO through our CSR volunteer program makes this possible. I especially appreciate that for every 25 hours of volunteer time, MCM donates $250 to any non-profit organization of my choice, turning the time spent volunteering into a two-fold donation!
