Starting Compensation

Annual Salary: $100,200.00 - $130,199.00 (Amount based on office location, relevant experience, skills, and competencies)

  • JOB DESCRIPTION

    The Manager, Talent Management supports the VP Human Resources and Director, Human Resources to design and implement Talent Management solutions and framework to support the needs of the business. Partners with the leadership team and HRBPs to develop and execute end to end talent strategies for their business units. Functions as an enterprise talent expert, facilitating ongoing talent assessments to enable differentiation and individual development of talent based on capabilities, potential, behaviors, and aspirations.

  • RESPONSIBILITIES

    Facilitate sessions in talent planning, performance management, talent review and succession planning, and competency modeling/role profiling. Consult, coach/mentor and share talent management & leadership development best practices. Design programs, content and tools that meet the needs of the business, and deploy targeted solutions as needed (i.e., assessment, coaching, talent acquisition, analytics, knowledge transfer, etc.).  


    Partner with Leadership, HRBPs, and Learning & Development to provide consultation on organization design, developing career maps/progression, and associated skills and competencies needed.  


    Develop communications on Talent Management related campaigns, training, and initiatives to increase the knowledge of our leadership team and the utilization and effectiveness of the Talent Management tools and programs.  


    Drive a culture of continuous improvement by regularly evaluating the effectiveness of programs and interventions, seeking feedback, monitoring outcomes, and making improvements and adjustments as needed. Develop and maintain talent dashboard and KPIs.  


    Perform other duties, as assigned.

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

    EDUCATION:  Bachelor's                

    FIELD OF STUDY:   Business, HR or related field

    EXPERIENCE: 5+ years in Human resources (talent management, change management, or organizational design).

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER ATTRIBUTES:

    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
    • Ability to establish credibility with business leaders and cross functionally
    • Ability to connect teams across the globe to share processes and define what processes should remain local vs global.
    • Excellent project and program management skills with attention to detail

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    EDUCATION:  Master's or Advanced   

    EXPERIENCE:  Project Management

    CERTIFICATION(S): PHR, SHRM-CP, PMP

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER ATTRIBUTES:

    • Experience with org design in a matrixed, global, highly complex organization
    • Experience leading change management and communication with positive results
    • Relationship building and ability to influence and lead change are critical
    • Ability to identify issues and work to find creative solutions
