We are seeking a passionate Senior Culture and Experience Specialist with Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion expertise to advance our organization’s commitment to building a workplace where we all belong.

What you will do:

Reporting directly to our global VP of DEI, you will provide administrative, logistical, and project management support to drive key initiatives across the globe. You will partner with DEI Councils, employee resource groups, human resources, and business stakeholders to implement programs that promote inclusion, an incomparable employee experience, and a strong culture of belonging.

Our values are: “We Care”, “We are Inclusive and Collaborative”, and “We Find a Better Way”. Our Culture and Experience Specialist will support us in embedding these values, and DEI best practices, into everything we do.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and facilitate presentations, workshops, and trainings to help advance education and awareness on culture, values, behaviors, and DEI topics.
  • Coordinate scheduling and logistics for events across our geographies.
  • Collaborate with others to integrate Culture and Experience initiatives into broader organizational strategies and practices.
  • Help to develop and implement internal communications that reinforce the company's culture (E.g., content for our DEI Intranet Space, monthly newsletters, educational pieces, micro-learnings, and more.)
  • Gather and analyze employee feedback and internal demographic data, to understand trends, inform decision-making and identify areas of improvement related to employee experience and DEI.
  • Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with vendors and consultants.
  • Support our ERGs to help maximize their impact - this includes assisting with event ideas, planning and coordination, communications, membership administration, etc.

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience in culture management, employee experience, or related roles.
  • Must be passionate about DEI and understand DEI principles, best practices, and how to operationalize in a corporate environment.
  • Be detail oriented and organized with strong project management skills.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills for delivering training and leading group meetings.
  • Strong communications skills and ability to foster two-way communication with different audiences. Active listening is a must.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop and implement innovative initiatives.
  • Must value collaborative work and be able to participate in, or lead, cross-functional and global teams.

Education / Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., HR, psychology, diversity studies) is preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in culture building, employee experience, DEI, or similar fields are ideal.

Does this position interest you? Employee experience, company culture, and DEI are constantly evolving. We are seeking a passionate, lifelong learner who is interested in researching, exploring, developing, and growing. If this sounds like you, you should apply even if you don’t think you meet all the conditions mentioned above.

Ways of Working:

We believe work-life integration are important but also believe that in-person interaction is key to solidifying strong relationships with your peers. This position will have a hybrid work environment with Monday and Friday remote and Tuesday through Thursday in office.
