Starting Compensation

Annual Salary: $80,900.00 - $105,099.00 (Amount based on office location, relevant experience, skills, and competencies)

In this role, the ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting a number of projects and programs. The Project Manager is responsible for managing cross-functional, strategic initiatives for the company. This individual will use project management tools and methodologies to support and/or lead project teams through the entire project management/process improvement lifecycle.

About the Job

• Creates project plans, establishes project priorities, aligns resources, engages in problem solving, proactively identifies project risks, develops mitigation plans and works cross functionally to ensure successful project execution
• Drives communication and collaborates with executive sponsors, project stakeholders, business owners and senior level management to ensure (1) project objectives are met and (2) there is alignment with MCM's strategic initiatives
• Help drive a culture of continuous improvement and compliance through the management and execution of projects
• Responsible for meeting with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive project execution, identifying dependencies, critical path milestones, and deploying change management tactics to support project or change adoption

Required

• 4+ years of experience
• Strong critical thinking, communication (written, verbal, PowerPoint), and organizational skills
• Ability to distill decisions into tasks and measurable outcomes
• Strong interpersonal and command skills with an ability to lead cross-functional teams

Preferred

• PMP or CAPM certification
• Lean Six Sigma Certification
• Agile Project Management or other PM coursework
• Change Management certification
