Annual Salary: $80,900.00 - $105,099.00 (Amount based on office location, relevant experience, skills, and competencies)

The Forecast Analyst is responsible for a range of activities that include: Supporting the Sr Manager, Forecasting & Analysis during the company's quarterly asset revaluation process; partnering with Finance and Operational teams; hands-on analyses supporting the forecast and in response to executive requests; maintaining a strong adherence to compliance with audit requirements. The position is expected to demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, good ambiguity tolerance and a collaborative work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Execute the quarterly asset revaluation process, including adjusting forecasts, summarizing changes, presenting forecast changes, ad hoc analyses to support reforecast changes and supporting audit/compliance requirements.
- Partner with statistical analysts to identify and correct model variance.
- Track various performance trends, forecast accuracy, and key performance indicators of future performance.
- Support team in preparing presentations for executive management including periodic reviews and ad hoc requests from executives.
Education
- Required: Bachelor; Business, Finance or the quantitative social sciences (e.g., economics)
- Preferred: Master/Advanced; Business, Finance or the quantitative social sciences (e.g., economics)
Language
Experience
- Required: 1 - 2 years business experience in a related field. Proficiency with SQL, MS office (especially Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint).
- Preferred: 3 years business experience in financial services that includes cash flow analysis, including IRR, NPV calculations. Familiarity with the logic of credit scoring and the development of marginal economic analysis. Proficiency with Python, Visual Basic (VBA).
