What our employees say

We invest heavily in recruiting, developing and training our entry-level new hires, and we are committed to promoting from within. In my nine years at the company, I've seen multiple entry-level Analysts moving on to become Senior Analysts, Managers, and Senior Managers. Each of these Analysts have cultivated their skills in analytical thinking, presenting, influencing and leading others. We challenge our Analysts to become strategic thinkers and internal consultants that are trusted to identify and drive high-value projects. Our Analysts are highly sought after for other leadership roles in the company
