Transfer Agent I Job Description

The Transfer Agent (TA) is responsible for responding incoming consumer phone calls and/or performing outbound calling to stablish consumer account ownership - Right Party Contacts (RPCs) - and then transferring those consumers to an Account Manager. The job function is highly regulated internally and externally, therefore, pointed by pre-established scripts and procedures requiring adherence.
Responsibilities:
Route verified consumers to specific departments.
Document interaction in CRM System.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma (Bachillerato en Educacion Media).
English B1.
+18 years old.
PC skills (Office tools).
Problem solving, time management, organizational & customer service skills.
Preferred: +1 year of experience in call centers.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER ATTRIBUTES:
Effective problem solving; time management/organizational skills; customer service skills; conflict management skills;
Ability to communicate assertively and work by objectives
Proficiency in the use of standard computer applications/systems; intermediate knowledge on Microsoft outlook; proficient in the usage of the full Microsoft office suite
