The IT Data Analyst plays a critical role in leveraging data analytics and their knowledge of IT strategies to drive data-driven business decisions and solve complex problems. Duties include collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to extract, analyze, and interpret data, create actionable data-driven insights and reports, and perform analysis across a variety of high-impact projects. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.- Lead end-to-end data procurement and management lifecycle, from requirement gathering to data processing, modeling, and providing recommendations.- Define and implement data acquisition and integration logic, selecting an appropriate combination of methods and tools within the defined technology stack to ensure optimal scalability and performance of the solution.- Transform data into readable, goal-oriented reports that drive innovation and growth.
• Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, and data analytics strategies to optimize efficiency and data quality.- Communicate data-driven insights and recommendations to influence strategic decision-making.
• Create documentation for dashboards, reports, and other data projects for knowledge sharing.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities that require modern analytical and modeling techniques.    
• Identify and define new process improvement opportunities.- Work closely with multiple stakeholders to understand and maintain focus on their analytics needs, including critical metrics and KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to relevant decision-making.- Analyze data to answer key questions for stakeholders or yourself, with an eye on what drives business performance, and investigate and communicate which areas need improvement in efficiency and productivity.
• Create and maintain rich interactive visualizations through data interpretation and analysis, with reporting components from multiple data sources.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance user-friendly reports and dashboards using tools like “Power BI” to support IT and business stakeholder needs.
• Perform other duties, as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION:  Bachelor's               FIELD OF STUDY: Information Technology / data science/ industrial engineering

EXPERIENCE:  3+ years in an IT analytical role or working in process improvement or data warehouse.

CERTIFICATION(S):  Certification(s) required

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER ATTRIBUTES:

• Proficiency in SQL in designing and running queries, storytelling with data.
• Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau. Working with Azure datalake.
• Python
• Relational databases
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel
• Stakeholder management
• Change managements
• Strong communication skills
