We seek a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager specializing in PEGA Technologies. The ideal candidate will be a Technical senior manager with a deep understanding of PEGA solutions, able to drive projects from conception through delivery, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals. This role requires a balance of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership acumen. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and mentor a team of PEGA developers and architects, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. 10% Oversee the design, development, and implementation of PEGA-based solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and industry best practices. 15% Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, evaluate, and prioritize business needs, translating them into scalable PEGA solutions. 10% Drive the adoption of PEGA methodologies, including Agile and Scrum, to enhance project delivery and team effectiveness. 10% Maintain up-to-date knowledge of PEGA technologies, industry trends, and best practices, incorporating these insights into strategic planning and execution. 5% Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring deliverables are met with high quality and within expected timeframes. Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging the exploration and adoption of advanced PEGA features and capabilities. 50% MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS The basic requirements needed to be able to successfully perform the duties of the role. EDUCATION: Bachelor's EXPERIENCE: 12+ years with at least 5 years in Pega implementation projects CERTIFICATION(S): PEGA Certified Lead System Architect (LSA) certification highly preferred. PEGA Certified System Architect (CSA) certification required as a minimum KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER ATTRIBUTES: Should resemble the unique requirements for the role. May include more than one of each type. Each requirement should have its own bullet point. Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale PEGA implementation projects. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and guide teams towards achieving strategic objectives. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with technical teams, senior management, and business stakeholders. Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies, with demonstrated experience in applying these in a PEGA context. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Education, experience, and/or skills that would help contribute to success in the role but are not considered required to perform the responsibilities of the job. “Nice-to-have” qualifications.
