Responsible for owning modification and maintenance of software applications with large scope. Will work across the IT function on different projects including analysis and design. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain and enhance software applications under supervision of a manager or technical lead. 65%

Participate in other application development projects, as assigned. 20%

Other application development projects, as assigned. 10%

Perform other duties, as assigned. 5%

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION:  Bachelor's                   FIELD OF STUDY:  Technology/Engineering or similar degree

EXPERIENCE:  7-8 years professional experience with minimum 3 years of RPA experience on Blue Prism tool

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER ATTRIBUTES:

• Ownership of end-to-end development of RPA Blue prism processes.
• Work on moderate to highly complex RPA projects, collaborating with Colleagues to understand business processes quickly, and recommend solutions. 
• Work closely with the RPA developers to translate business requirements into solution designs for efficient automation
• Participate in problem solving issues that arise in day to day running of RPA processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required
• Understanding of Agile (Scrum) project management methodology and Test-Driven Development
• Strong communication skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION:  Master's or Advanced                           FIELD OF STUDY:  Technology/Engineering or equivalent degree

EXPERIENCE:  Required 5 years of experience with one or more RPA tools in identifying, developing and/or delivering automation solutions
