We are looking for a Mgr. - Business Solutions Analyst who will serve as a liaison between various business functions and the technical development/ QA teams to ensure that the Pega Decisioning, BPM and CRM solutions meet the needs of the organization. You will also be responsible for maintaining the quality levels of all the solutions developed on Pega tools. As a Mgr. - Business Solutions Analyst, your work is at the intersection of Business and Pega solutions development teams to ensure that the solutions built by the Pega teams align with the needs and requirements of the various business process. You do this by helping both the Business and Pega teams work in close collaboration to design and build a Pega solution that both meets the business needs, and is configured using Pega design best practices. You understand and advocate for the needs and requirements of the business stakeholders. At the same time, you understand the transformational capabilities of the Pega Platform. You will lead the research, design, and documentation of the business requirements, and then redesign the business processes to support the organization’s goals and objectives. You would be accountable for the entire QA process, including its approach, planning and the technique and tools used. The position also requires the supervision, guidance and providing direction to QA team members. RESPONSIBILITIES Partner with both the business and the technical teams to develop high quality deliverables across all phases of delivery, from identifying and defining requirements & process flows and use cases, through to user acceptance testing. 30% Develop and maintain system documentation and process flow diagrams. 10% Participate in design and solutioning sessions to ensure platform capabilities are optimally aligned to business requirements and value realization 10% Support the maintenance and completeness of the Engage product backlog, which includes prioritization, refinement, and elaboration of stories, features and epics. 10% Plans and coordinates the development and implementation of test plans and test cases 15% Oversees the quality assurance testing, ensuring adherence to best practices 15% Management of direct reports (reporting to the role) 10% MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS The basic requirements needed to be able to successfully perform the duties of the role. EDUCATION: Bachelor's FIELD OF STUDY: Process Improvement, Business Administration, IT or related field. EXPERIENCE: 7+ years as a Business Solutions Analyst/ Business Architect/ Process Mapping Consultant or in a similar role with a record of successfully capturing as-is requirements, designing to-be solutions and bridging the gap between technology and business / functional teams KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER ATTRIBUTES: Should resemble the unique requirements for the role. May include more than one of each type. Each requirement should have its own bullet point. Intermediate to Advanced Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and Visio Expert Knowledge of system architecture and design best practices. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate, partner, and collaborate. Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills Able to pick up new concepts and technology rapidly; able to explain it to both business & IT stakeholders. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Education, experience, and/or skills that would help contribute to success in the role but are not considered required to perform the responsibilities of the job. “Nice-to-have” qualifications. EDUCATION: Master's or Advanced FIELD OF STUDY: Process Improvement, Business Administration, IT or related field. EXPERIENCE: 5+ years as a Business Architect/ Business Solutions Analyst CERTIFICATION(S): Pega Certified Business Architect KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER ATTRIBUTES: May include more than one of each type.
