Legal Specialist Job Description

We are seeking an entry-level Documentation Specialist to assist clients in handling day to day operations. This includes the monitoring of processes to ensure the accurate handling of outsourced accounts, as well as the participation in projects as needed to provide and communicate performance, initiative, and / or process results. Responsibilities include:
Processing administrative materials and tasks.
Developing relationships with and request fulfillment for internal / external customers.
Providing tracking and reporting on adherence to processes and / or financial performance.
Attending collaborative weekly team meetings.
Becoming the subject matter expert for one or more projects with high levels of complexity.
Supervising and providing valuable feedback for improvements to daily processes.
No experience necessary.
Experience with MS Office.
Excellent communication skills.
Curiosity and eagerness to learn.
High School Diploma
Associate’s Degree in related field.
Related experience in financial services or similar field.
Proficiency with MS Office and Excel.
