The Lead Skiptracing Specialist is responsible for locating assets for post judgment remedies, completing various administrative duties and assisting the Group Manager, Skiptracing with providing day-to-day direction, training, and coaching to the Skip Tracing Specialist team.

Effectively work vendor hits, triggers, and inactive judgment inventory for garnishment of assets, adhering to FDCPA and state and federal laws and regulations.

Assist department supervisor with providing day-to-day direction and guidance to associates, ensuring business and financial goals are obtained.

Make recommendations for improvements to daily automated and manual processes.

Conduct testing to current and new workflows, SOPs training and other processes.

Education

Required: High School Diploma

Preferred: Bachelor - Business or related field


Language

Required: N/A


Experience

Required: Minimum two years Internal Legal, or equivalent work experience. Basic MS; ability to utilize internet search engines

Preferred: Two years skip tracing experience
