About the Role

The Executive Assistant performs a variety of confidential and complex administrative duties for multiple Executive Officers. This position also researches, evaluates and leads special projects; drives key personal initiatives for executives and may assist in the management of cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution and implementation of key corporate initiatives.

  • Communicates the instructions and requests of the executives to various individuals and departments
  • Frequently accesses highly confidential or specialized information and files while maintaining confidentiality
  • General duties include typing, file maintenance, telephone coverage, composing correspondence and mail distribution
  • Group meeting scheduling, planning and coordination, including: scheduling, catering, AV needs, agenda development, recording of minutes and documentation distribution, prepare reports, Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, charts, graphs, and PowerPoint presentations as needed
  • Prepares presentations using PowerPoint, prepares and formats documents, proofreads and edits documents for grammar and punctuation error
  • Screens telephone calls and visitors and proactively resolves routine and complex inquiries


  • 2 - 3 years of experience supporting executives in a corporate setting, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills; strong writing skills
  • International and domestic travel arrangements


  • Experience in Financial Industry a plus
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office
  • Bachelor’s Degree
