Are you a problem solver looking to get your foot in the door at a global organization? Midland Credit Management is looking for a Process Specialist to join the organization to assist internal and external clients in managing daily operations. If you are naturally curious, this could be the role for you! Responsibilities include:

About the Job

  • Process account level actions contributing to daily operations
  • Provide regular tracking and reporting on adherence to daily processes and / or financial performance
  • Collaborate with LCOE teams and operations to identify and communicate gaps in current policies, procedures and processes
  • Challenge existing processes in order to increase efficiency and decrease cost
  • Be a partner across the organization to ensure that current processes and procedures are implemented as defined
  • Identify shortfalls in process/system and participate in discussing solutions for improvements
  • Participate in projects
  • Become an expert on processes and projects with low to moderate levels of complexity


  • No experience required
  • Collaboration, Problem solving, Critical Thinking and Relationship Management Skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Ability to understand low level logic
  • Familiarity with legal processes and/or the desire to learn and understand legal processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of programs, particularly Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to handle variations in work type and workload
  • Big Picture thinking
  • Ability to work with people across all levels and areas of expertise
  • A 'Can Do', positive demeanor and professional teammate spirit


  • 1-2 years' professional work experience
  • Associate/Bachelors
  • Legal/Financial/Corporate experience
