About Us

Essential Functions:

  • Provide ad-hoc statistical analysis of large data sets.
  • Provide statistical support to ongoing projects.
  • Identify recurring operational processes and automate in SQL.
  • Reporting for supervisors.
  • Create new performance tracking tools for production staff.
  • Analyze collector performance to identify areas of deficiencies and opportunities to increase overall performance and liquidation.
  • Benchmarking and tracking activity within product units

    Job Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, computer science, or related quantitative field.
  • Proficient in MS Office, and in department specific software such as SQL and/or statistical software packages such as Python, R, SAS, or equivalent.
  • Experience with statistical techniques and modeling preferred.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of company business techniques, files, and other documents.
  • Ability to work under strenuous deadlines and to handle multiple concurrent projects. 
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to demonstrate sound business judgment and the ability to work successfully with all levels of professionals, backgrounds, and perspectives.
  • Required to sit for extended periods of time.
  • Possession of equivalent and relevant combinations of experience, education, and training may be substituted at management discretion.
