The Talent Sourcer will collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to support hiring efforts across the organization. Utilizing market data, creative search techniques and a strong drive for results, also will proactively identify and engage with candidates for open positions as well as build passive candidate pipelines.  This position will play a significant role in initial candidate experience as well as company recognition and reputation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Actively source candidates utilizing resume databases, networks, social media and other job boards and develop creative, "out-of-the-box" methods for identifying potential candidates for open positions.

Partner closely with Recruiters to develop and execute talent sourcing strategies aimed at generating candidate flow to meet overall recruiting goals, as well as pipelines for upcoming searches.

Perform local and national sourcing. Pipelining for active and passive talent profiles and conduct market research on candidate skill sets, demographics and hiring trends.

Review resumes for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements.

Conduct high volume phone screens to assess availability, interest level, compensation and basic qualifications and refer qualified candidates to Recruiters.

Manage job postings on a variety of external job sites and our applicant tracking system, including updating applicant status throughout the process, phone screen synopsis, and documentation of all feedback from hiring managers.

Perform other duties, as assigned.

Requirements:

- English B2+ (Fluent).

- Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.

- 1 - 3 years of direct sourcing experience; call center or agency experience.

- Experience with a broad range of recruitment tools including social media, networking platforms and internet searches to generate prospects.

- Proven ability to directly source talent at all levels, adopting and implementing creative sourcing methods.

- Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and applicant tracking systems.

Desired:

Previous experience using Service Now for ticket servicing.

Experience using Workday Recruiter ATS.
