The Manager Operations primary responsibilities include coordination of production activities to ensure that business objectives are achieved, liaison with top management, assist in the development of strategic plans for operational activity, and implement and manage operational plans. This position includes other responsibilities like monitoring performance, reporting status, implementing improvements, ensuring quality, managing quality and quantity of employee productivity. Additionally, the Manager may supervise, direct and develop a team of File Clerks, Specialists or Group Managers.
Responsibilities
- Develop more cost-effective processes, reduce waste while also increasing productivity. Highlight process and task simplification opportunities
- Ensure appropriate staffing by recruiting, selecting, training / orienting team
- Communicate job expectations, plan work, monitor and appraise results and establish priorities
- Ensure employees achieve business goals and agreed development goals
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge
- Management of direct reports
- Manage Operations activities to ensure business goals are achieved. Included Project Management and Continuous Improvement
Requirements:
- English B2+ (Fluent)
+5 years of experience in Operations Management, or related field
Project management and continuous improvement previous experience
Proficiency with MS Office
Preferred +5 years of experience in Legal Collections Operations Management, or related field. Advanced Proficiency with MS Office. Understanding of FDCPA, FCRA, and regulatory requirements
Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management or related field
