The Human Resources Generalist/Business Partner provides support in all Human Resource functional areas (Recruiting, Employee Relations, Communications, Benefits), maintains the accuracy of data in HRIS system and serves as a single point of contact for all employee relations issues. Partnering with management, the HRG is the primary support for Recruitment, supports employee relations cases and works with leaders to identify and develop talent across the organization. Recruiting back up.

Requirements:

Must have

English: C1 (Proficient).

Windows Office package proficiency (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).

At least 4 years of HR experience as follows:

2 years of experience in:

Recruitment:

  • Massive recruiting.
  • LinkedIn Boolean commands searches.
  • Elempleo.

2 years of experience in HR/Business Partner:

  • New hire onboarding.
  • Employee benefits creation/administration.
  • Policies and training creation/implementation.
  • Management of employee relation cases.
  • Ethics.
  • Performance management.

Nice to have

Workday experience.

Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Psychology.

Zoom and Teams knowledge.
