The Data Analyst is primarily responsible for using data extraction tools such as SQL, SAS, Power BI and Excel to implement various collections and/or valuation processes (examples include pre-purchase valuation, marketing campaigns, portfolio loads, legal placements, agency placements). Also develops and runs reports, analyses and tools to ensure accuracy and identify issues, trends and opportunities and maintains departmental databases. This role works closely with members of the team and other groups to communicate ongoing results and strategy changes.
- Develop and implement technical solutions to execute business strategy / processes.
- Develop and maintain monitoring reports and analytical tools to ensure accuracy, identify trends / issues / opportunities.
- Make recommendations to improve business processes.
- Perform ad hoc data extraction, analysis and segmentations as required.
- English: B2+ (Fluent).
- High School Diploma (Titulo de Bachillerato), preferred Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Experience in designing and running queries.
- Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel.
- Nice to have: Power BI
