The Workday Support Analyst II is responsible for assisting with maintaining the organization's Workday system. This person will identify new HR needs and the configuration to fulfill these needs; make alterations and configurations and reporting. This individual partners with the HRIS HCM team to find opportunities to use the system tools to support business and HR operational needs.

About the job:

  • Review and respond to a range of Workday requests using the Service Now platform
  • Plan the development and maintenance of Workday to support short and long-range Human Resources priorities.
  • Make alterations to existing programs to gather and report data.
  • Build and maintain Workday with other business systems and external vendors.
  • Maintain system training materials and provide needed training to HR and employees.


Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, other quantitative field or equivalent experience.

3 - 5 years of work experience. Must have at least one year Workday knowledge.


Knowledge of Workday and other HRIS systems, preferably in a SaaS environment.

Skilled in utilizing Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint); particularly Excel.
