The Workday Reporting Analyst III provides reporting, dashboard and insights to internal customers. Will elicit the requirements, provide Workday Solution options, draft and manage a project plan, support testing and ultimately deploy the solution to production. Responsible for the entire project lifecycle from initial requirements gathering to production deployment. In addition to projects, the analyst is responsible for escalated ticket support arising from Workday inquiries. Will partner with the initiator as well as other stakeholders to find the best possible solution.
- Work with internal customers to lead Workday system projects, including system releases/upgrades, enhancement packages, and process redesign.
- Act as a Workday reporting expert supplying best practices and deep knowledge.
- Conduct and/or facilitate complex Workday HCM system testing, identify discrepancies, and formulate remediation plan.
- Deliver best practice information for efficiency and compliance purposes.
- Deliver project management best practices to deliver on time and on budget projects that meet the expected quality requirements.
- Perform other duties, as assigned.
EDUCATION: Bachelor's FIELD OF STUDY: Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Business, related field or equivalent experience
EXPERIENCE: 2+ years experience in Workday Reporting and business analysis; experience working for a publicly traded company in a similar role; substantial hands-on experience configuring a Workday functional area
