About the Role

The Sr. Recruiter is responsible for the management of the recruitment process; full life cycle recruiting including interviewing and hiring of non-exempt and exempt level candidates up through the Director/ VP level.  Will interact extensively with the hiring staff to meet the needs of the business. Meet established criteria with respect to cost per hire and time to fill. Develop proactive recruiting plans and strategies with the hiring managers related to campus recruiting, diversity recruiting and recruiting metrics.

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to ensure high quality hires within cost per hire and time to fill targets.
  • Develop appropriate reporting strategies and metrics, assess trends and take appropriate action to improve performance.
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies to deliver a candidate pipeline of quality and quantity to meet business needs.
  • Develop process documentation and train other HR resources on hiring process and strategies; ensure compliance with processes.
  • Model and represent the MCM mission, vision and values through candidate experience through recruitment process and onboarding. 
  • Compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity laws, HIPAA, ERISA and other regulations, as appropriate.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
  • 6 – 8 years of full life cycle experience recruiting.
  • Proficiency with MS Office. Knowledge and experience in recruitment concepts, practices and procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with internal and external
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.


  • Financial services experience.
  • Workday experience.
