About the job

The HR Operations Analyst is an individual contributor within the HR Operations organization. Collaborating closely with team, the incumbent will participate in projects with the various HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) and other key partners to analyze work process design and flow, improve processes and demonstrate return on MCM's current use of HR technology. The individual will provide analysis and lead projects on a variety of critical initiatives across the organization. This position will collaborate with your peers on setting technology priorities and long-term planning while using project management skills to lead projects. The candidate also serves as a technical point-of-contact for HR ServiceNow and assists subject matter authorities with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and interpreting data flows for process improvement opportunities. This role will aide the company objectives by providing analytical solutions and proactive recommendations to senior management and the HR Leadership Team. This person is a strategic partner with our Workday Support Team and may support other HR system and process requests as they arise. The main areas of focus are:

  • ServiceNow Program Development, Maintenance and Support
  • HR Reporting and Analytics
  • HR Budget Support


  • 2 years of experience as an HR analyst or equivalent knowledge in related field (HR, Benefits, L&D, Compliance, Payroll, Accounting, etc.)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, Economics, or other field.


  • Experience with a large, global corporation. Shared services experience. Experience with project management principles. Experience with budget administration.
