About the Job

The File Clerk is responsible for supporting the Legal and Operations teams during daily operations. This includes the sorting, scanning, and printing of all legal documents utilizing a strong attention to detail. This role will assist in opening and sorting daily mail, maintaining our filing system, and collaborating with the team to complete tasks as assigned. Responsibilities include:

  • Opening, categorizing, and sorting incoming Internal Legal mail.

  • Scanning, printing, and compiling documents with a high degree of accuracy.

  • Working in ILMS database and completing task-based work.

  • Filing documents physically and electronically as instructed by the Production and Legal teams.

  • Ad hoc requests from various teams.


  • 1-2 years clerical or data entry experience.

  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

  • Positive demeanor with a teammate mentality.

  • Proficiency with MS Office (particularly Excel).

  • High School Diploma/ GED.


  • Associates or Bachelors Degree.

  • Computer savvy.

  • ServiceNOW or Legal Systems experience.
