About the Role

The Director, Total Rewards & HR Operations will be responsible for the Global Total Rewards program, including compensation, benefits, equity, recognition, systems, processes and analytics. The role is also responsible for leading the HR operations/service center teams that support business and line HR. The incumbent will partner with leaders and global HR team to provide operational support for MCM employees spread across US, Costa Rica and India. As a seasoned Total Rewards professional, the incumbent will advise, coach, influence and challenge leaders, managers, and individual contributors; and provide recommendations that will enhance organizational capability. This position reports to the Global Head of HR.

  • Participate in surveys and forums and provide ongoing strategic and market data-driven insights around the Total Rewards program
  • Work with the MCM leadership on both managerial and front-line compensation analysis. Mange grade structure and position architecture
  • Collaborate with line managers, HRBPs and Talent Acquisition to implement compensation structures and philosophy for new positions and establish a thoughtful, equitable, and competitive positioning
  • Manage the Benefits design, selection, broker management, and analysis of cost savings yet competitive offerings in the Financial Services sector
  • Lead the global HR Operations and Shared Service Center teams
  • Responsible for the strategy, process, and systems selection/implementation behind data, compliance, and integration within the HR function looking for innovative ways to leverage tools and systems to streamline processes
  • Help the team educate and empower employees navigating life events, leave of absences and be an escalation point for benefit or compensation questions
  • Consult key stakeholders to identify areas where pay equity and organizational design needs review and implement solutions that are aligned with our Mission, Vision and Values
  • Design, develop, improve, support and monitor organization-wide processes and programs aimed at building organizational capability
  • Identify opportunities for improving functional effectiveness and team efficiency and help shape strategies and plans to address gaps
  • Stay current on trends in the Human Resources, Compensation, Benefits and HR Operations field to ensure solutions are progressive and relevant
  • Perform other duties deemed necessary as assigned by management from time to time

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 12 plus years of demonstrated ability of compensation practices and incentive program fundamentals
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and HRIS skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proven attention to detail

Preferred

  • Master's degree in related field
  • Implemented Workday and/or ran Compensation modules within Workday
  • Program administrator for bonus/long-term incentive program
