About the Job
Do you have a passion for building and strengthening business relationships? We are looking for a results oriented Vendor Specialist to join our St. Cloud, MN team. This resource will support and impact the legal department, serving as a liaison between our company and law firms throughout the litigation process and help to improve monthly company performance. Responsibilities include:
- Promoting internal/external relationships with law firms and internal partners.
- Ensuring all outsourced accounts are handled accurately.
- Providing regular tracking and reporting into daily processes and / or financial performance.
- Improving operational procedures to increase efficiency and profitability.
- Acting as a subject matter authority for one or more business entities.
- High School Diploma
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Customer service-focused with a love for problem solving
- Teamwork mentality
- Analytical approach
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products (Outlook & Excel)
- Experience with Salesforce
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role and/or legal field
