We are currently recruiting for Account Managers in our St. Cloud, MN office. An Account Manager is a professional communicator that helps consumers find solutions to their financial difficulties. You will be making outbound phone calls to individuals that have found themselves in a financial bind, and all of our Account Managers are committed to providing consumers with a positive experience. You do not need previous collections experience, but you do need to be able to communicate effectively and possess a high level of drive. The position offers a competitive base pay along with an industry-leading commission plan. Your income potential is NOT limited—it is determined by your ambition to achieve more. We are driven to succeed and work effortlessly to get each of our employees to their maximum potential.
This is what our Account Managers in St. Cloud averaged in their gross annual earnings in 2021:
- Under 3 years of tenure: $59,028, or $28.37 per hour
- 3+ years of tenure: $75,345, or $36.22 per hour
Our average Account Manager’s compensation is $73,494.00 ($35.33/hour) and our top Account Managers averaged $112,012 ($53.85/hour)!
While we cannot guarantee that you will make these salaries, we can guarantee that you will have the opportunity to do so.
Outside of professional communication skills and the desire to succeed, you must have consistent attendance and be able to commit to our work schedule. Our hours of operation are:
Monday: 11:00am to 8:00pm
Tuesday & Wednesday: 9:00am to 6:00pm
Thursday: 7:30am to 4:30pm
Friday: 7:00am to 4:00pm
