The Account Manager is responsible for negotiating secure payment arrangements from consumers to satisfy their account obligation by recommending payment solutions through review and assessment of the consumers ability to pay in consideration of their outstanding obligation. Account Managers are also responsible for maintaining accurate documentation on the account and communicating regularly with the consumer, in accordance with FDCPA and company policy, in order to reach resolution of the account.
Responsibilities
Continuously develop and improve dynamic communication skills through consistent and frequent Managerial coaching and feedback.
Enhance communication skills by negotiating with consumers by phone to establish payment arrangements in accordance with company policy and company values.
Utilize company technology to manage consumer interactions.
Education
Required: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
Preferred: Bachelor
Compensation
12/hr base plus commission.
Average commission for first year AM's is an additional 16.37/hr.
Language
Required: English
Preferred: Bilingual - English / Spanish
Experience
Required: 1 - 2 years customer service and/or sales PC skills.. Basic PC skills. Ability to apply basic mathematical applications.
Preferred: 1 - 2 years in collections, financial services or call center environment. Dialer or AS400 technology experience. Proficiency with MS Office.
Hours
Monday - Wednesday 11am 6pm
Thursday - 7:30am - 4:30pm
Friday - 7:00am - 4:00pm
