Reporting to the AVP/Director of Business Transformation, the 'Manager - Business Transformation' is responsible for delivery of process improvement and project management/oversight services to the assigned business(es), globally. Would be expected to operate independently as a strong internal consultant for assigned high impact business projects that create transformational value for the aligned business lines and the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Leads enterprise level initiatives to address the improvement or redesign of current structures and processes backed by through data analysis. Works independently with and leads multiple cross-functional project teams to help redesign business processes using proven techniques.
2. Provides consultative process management and facilitation services to business partners during the course of project delivery. Leverages business context to analyze, influence and improve complex business models. Employs proven tool & methodologies for assessing and documenting business processes.
3. Adept at working independently with executive level leaders to develop and implement business processes, policies and procedures. Communicates regularly with business line leadership, project teams and key stakeholders regarding project status and opportunities for additional initiatives
4. Conducts assessments as needed or requested to identify opportunities for ensuring optimal organizational and process performance
Experience: 6-9 years of which 4-5 years in process improvement roles2+ years of diverse external management consulting experience
Technical Skills: Process consulting / re-engineering, Excellent analytical skills, Statistical analysis tools like Minitab/JMP (preferably), Process modeling techniques, MS Visio.Exposure to Collections/ Recovery BPO operations, BPO Operations exposure
PC Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Office ( including Excel, Visio and Powerpoint)
Other Skills: Thrives in an entrepreneurial, results-oriented environment. High risk taking ability/ being able to deal with ambiguity
Excellent planning, organizing, logical reasoning and analytical skills.
Excellent communication skills, influencing skills and stakeholder management skills
Adept at making steering committee level business presentations/ storyboards
