- Manages India compensation processes to support deployment of Encore's Total Rewards strategy, including base pay management, short term incentives and benefit plans.
- Involves running complex analysis and providing insights based on data to support functional decision making.
- Manages and executes various compensation analysis, benchmarking activities, market studies, and salary structure analysis.
- Responsible to manage promotion cycles, merit cycles, off-cycle changes, including approval and distribution of compensation letters and total rewards statement for all employees
- Works under limited supervision. Solves problems which are moderate in scope and complexity.
- Partner with HR Business Partners to ensure employee understanding of salary administration, incentive, benefits and equity programs and performance management through training programs and regular communications. Develop specific communication and change management plans, when supporting change initiatives.
